In the 1970, Carrera offered 1:24, 1:32 and 1:60 scales for slot cars, and the slot-free "Servo" systems which allowed cars to switch lanes, guided by the guard rails on the outside. Due to the many systems offered, and fewer customers (Generation), Neuhierl had to sell his company in 1985, and took his own life. The new owners sold rather cheap products.

This very exclusive limited-volume, high performance vehicle uses state-of-the-art technology; like the Trifecta Cooling Technology. Panoz Auto Development, however, hasn't disclosed yet the price range of the 'Spirit of Le Mans.'

The very exclusive and not-so-known Panoz Auto Development, together with the American Le Mans Series, unveils its new Panoz super sports car. Looking very much like Batman's Bat Mobile, the Panoz Abruzzi 'Spirit of Le Mans' will be formally introduced to the public at the 24 Hours of Le Mans event in France. This super exclusive super sports car is more of a concept car than a vehicle for small-volume or mass production. Its styling is a totally new concept that avant garde artists are sure to like it more than the real racers would.
