In the 1970, Carrera offered 1:24, 1:32 and 1:60 scales for slot cars, and the slot-free "Servo" systems which allowed cars to switch lanes, guided by the guard rails on the outside. Due to the many systems offered, and fewer customers (Generation), Neuhierl had to sell his company in 1985, and took his own life. The new owners sold rather cheap products.

Design

The new Porsche is similar to its siblings but quite different at the same time. The new Exhaust System and more muscular haunches give the Carrera 4S an aggressive and sporty look. The side mirrors and headlights give amazing visual highlights to the all new Porsche.

Specs

The new Carrera 4S incorporates a Noselift System that raises the vehicle level by enabling the front of the spoiler to have ground clearance that is 60 mm more than its predecessor. The Porsche offers light alloy wheels of 21 inches having Formula 5-spokes which directly affect the driving dynamics.
The best part is yet to come- the wheels for the all new Porsche come in burnished glossy smooth finish and in bi-color design, allowing you to customize your Porsche.

Interior

The traditional Emerald green color of the Porsche is accurately transferred to the interior with black leather sports seats. Porsche has done an outstanding job with the paddle shifters having a black matt finish with green symbols and the sports wheel having black leather and green stitching. The black-green ambiance gives a visual harmony to the new Porsche.

Fuel Economy

The lightweight construction allow for low fuel consumption and give the new Porsche an outstanding performance. The materials used to make the car include aluminum, high-strength steel, plastics and magnesium, giving the Carrera 4S the ability to withstand the load while reducing the weight. Reducing the use of plastic variants enhances recycling, making the Carrera 4S 95% recoverable.
The new Porsche uses water-based paints that are extremely environment friendly. The Porsche operates on fuel having ethanol content of about 10% which has a direct impact on the carbon di-oxide balance. The multilayered fuel tank has active carbon filters that reduce the emission of hydrocarbons.
